VIDEO roll over guidebook, and the Education Trust recently cited us as job of educating low-income students, something we are immensely proud of. We have earned these accolades because of the quality of our faculty and our unwavering commitment to providing a rigorous and broad education to our students. But make no mistake: Queens College has become great because of you, our graduates. Your accomplishments are the best advertisement for the quality of the college, and so many of your names are now a permanent part of the campus, such as the Kupferberg Performing Arts Center, Frese Hall, Goldstein Theatre, Cooperman Plaza, Barham Rotunda, and more. Your generosity in supporting or naming scholarships, professorships, lecture series, and other initiatives is the difference between Queens being a good college and a great one. I can't thank you enough for that support. And now as we approach our 75th Anniversary, I invite you to come celebrate with us. In the following pages you will learn about the many special events that will be happening in the upcoming year. I hope you will return to campus for a number of these events, and if you have moved away in the years since your graduation, check out also where Queens College will be coming to you in the next year. As we look ahead to our next 75 years, my greatest hope is that you too have felt you were part of something special in your years here, and that you will want to stay in touch with us and continue to be part of the extraordinary learning community that is Queens College. President James Muyskens
